Under where?
Update, Fri 22 Aug 2025: Under where?
Where we've got to: Kent Clarkson, a.k.a. Generic Superhero Guy (all the other superhero names were registered or copyrighted, it's a legal nightmare) is Mean City's self-appointed protector, replacing the deceased Super Power Man From Outer Space, as recounted earlier in this very comic. Kent's secret lair, carved deep into the canyons above Mean City, was recently a scene of violence when a rogue decoy robot that younger Kent had built ran amok and destroyed another robot, but was then crushed by a third robot who collapsed Kent's huge communications array on top of the rogue robot... the array which Kent had been building for years so he could hopefully contact his people, the Adelphans, whose fate is uncertain as the dreadful Nirvadian machines hunt them down across the galaxy. Can Kent repair the damaged array and get it working again? Only time will tell. Enter the Sons of Omega, a group determined to put a stop to the powerful alien they fear might one day threaten Mankind... Generic Superhero Guy. Kent is with his buddy Willis in the array chamber....

Cake is for talkers.
Update, Thu 28 Aug 2025: Cake is for talkers.
Where we've got to: Officer O'Hara has shown up at Mean City Police H.Q. ...or at least something that looks like Officer O'Hara has. In reality this is a demon in human form, who was summoned by a nutjob cult of demon worshippers during an electrical storm, and took over O'Hara's body while O'Hara was shuffled into the demon's body, which Detective Donner figured out when he and reporter Janet Wilkins visited Richbury's secret laboratory/prison in the basement of Richbury Tower, looking for the Maltese Fish-man statuette. Now Officer O'Hara wants to talk to two prisoners who had previously encountered Generic Superhero Guy's friend Willis when he had the Hand of Osiris (or one of them) attached to his wrist, and the Hand absorbed the life-force of a Nazi thug who attacked him, causing the prisoners to flee into the night. So here they are, in an interview room....
